Collins Contracting performed excavation and site utility work for ARCO Design/Building to develop a 100,000 SF Extra Space Storage facility located near the Garrisonville exit in Stafford, VA. The site required nearly 45,000 CY of dirt export, retaining walls, utility installation, a specialized storm water management facility, and traffic improvement to Rt 1.
